Meatless Mondays
Meatless Mondays are starting today in our house. It’s a simple way to reduce the amount of meat and increase the amount of fruits, vegetables, legumes and other healthy non-meat alternatives we eat, as well as help the environment.
Starting with just ONE day a week seems doable. Having a specific day dedicated to going meatless makes it practical.
You can head over to the Meatless Monday campaign to find information and recipes you need to start each week with healthy, environmentally friendly meat-free alternatives. For extra incentive, you can also sign the pledge to go meatless on Mondays. I just signed today!
